RESPONSIBILITIES:· Troubleshoots and repairs PC hardware and peripherals·
Builds PC systems including desktops and notebook computers, using imaging software·
Ensures latest firmware and service pack revisions are implemented·
Connects devices to the local area network and domains·
Configures, tests and implements new application servers·
Provides support for telephony systems·
Schedule and prioritize tasks allocated by the Helpdesk·
Configures and support equipment required for remote computing·
Provides feedback to the Helpdesk with task status·
Ensures hardware is maintained in accordance with contract schedules, and that software license agreements are enforced·
Regularly liaise with business stakeholders for needs fulfillment and issue resolution communications·
Provides support for audio-visual equipment·
Provides user training and present new user orientation in groups or one-on-one basis·
Strong focus on high client satisfaction
