We currently have a need for a Technical Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• installation and troubleshooting of Intelex software products,
• providing telephone and online support to our clients
• software issue diagnosis
• documentation of existing and new processes and configuration
• liaising with our development and clients services teams,
• other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• a degree from an accredited Canadian University or equivalent diploma
• knowledge of Microsoft SQL server 2000/2005/2008
• knowledge of T-SQL
• knowledge of Internet Information Services 6/7.
• knowledge of Windows Server platforms
• knowledge of client - server architecture
• knowledge of network topologies and protocols
• excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• the ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Assets:
• Active Directory, Exchange
• HTTP, Web Services, SSIS.
This position also requires that you be well organized and responsible.
