Role: Program Manager
Raysa is a small IT company full of energetic entrepreneurs. Our mantra is to grow the company but also have profit sharing so that everyone benefits from this focus. Most of our work currently is with the local Vancouver market but we are planning to expand to other Provinces and States.
Raysa is looking for a Program Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Accountable for overall delivery of programs or projects on time, on budget, and on scope.
- Effectively work with our customers to make choices that meet the overall business objectives
- Integrate technology, people, and process streams of work on a project.
- Manage, motivate and lead a project team comprised of both business and IT resources, groups/functional areas/team members
- Mentor project team resources and Project Managers
- Commit to and deliver results while creating sustainable solutions:
- Create a sense of urgency on initiatives
- Work across organizational boundaries to effectively and collaboratively get things done
- Effectively use resources and investment to deliver business value.
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years experience managing large sized, complex business/technology projects/ programs.
- 10 years of experience with Architecture, Project and Sustainment programs
- Extensive experience working on Strategic application based projects.
- Experience delivering projects with a total budget of between $5-10million, and project teams of at least 20-30 resources
- Experience with end to end SAP and Middleware integration implementations
-Demonstrated PM competencies: planning, budget and timeline management, scope management, risk management, timely decision making, effective team building, ability to prioritize and delegate appropriately and deal with changing priorities
- Experienced in System Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies and the ability to apply them in a flexible manner in various situations, particularly package implementations.
- Executive presence, strong presentation and facilitation skills
