Seeking Senior eHealth Consultant(SME), Solution Architect, Business Analysts and Project Manager with Portal Expertise and eHealth/Health background.

Require Senior Project Manager , a senior Consultant(SME), a solutions architect and two (2) senior business analysts all with direct experience in -eHealth and Portral solutions.
• create a solution architecture for the PHP, a creative and communicable system design that aligns a feasible business solution with stakeholder expectations within the bounds of delivery capability.
• define the features and requirements of the personal health portal based on an examination of the needs of its citizens the support of health system stakeholders for specific PHP features, the health system changes (regulatory and policy changes) required to enable the proposed features, the technical feasibility, and data availability.
• consult with Ministry provided public focus groups, health Subject Matter Experts, system architects and other resources to define High-Level Business Requirements, Business Process Models, Detailed Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, a PHP Logical Architecture and a Go-Forward Plan.
Open to Canadian citizens, Permanent residents of Canada.
