Responsibilities:
- Create documentation (Specification Req, etc)
- Develop, debug and enhance application using Salesforce.com and Force.com technologies
- Assist our support team with customers’ technical issues
- Perform other duties and special projects as required
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Any CRM experience is a big plus. (Specially experience in Salesforce.com CRM)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Web development skills (Ajax, Google technologies, Java script, XML, Web services, etc)
- C# development or equivalent object-oriented programming experience (e.g., Java)
- Good understanding of database design
- Microsoft Visual Studio .Net
Post secondary education in a relevant degree or certificate program
