Join the Convergys team! We’re looking for 100 people to fill-out our current contract with AT&T. All calls will be inbound and we provide you with 8 weeks of PAID training! Pay starts at $10.00 an hour, 8 hour shifts…2 breaks and lunch. You have the option of choosing when you’d like your shift to begin, though most select 7:30am - 3:30pm. We’re located at the Herongate Mall and Public Transit is available.

What will be expected of you once your 8 week training course is completed; Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Arrange for billing for services, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Maintain records and statistics.
