Curam Tech Lead:
 

 
Responsibilities:
 
Proven Technical Leader
 
Must be Curam Certified Developer 4.5 or above
 
Curam Certified Professional certification is a plus
 
Responsible for driving the architecture and development of products in Curam framework
 
Interface with customers
 
Have excellent communication skills and be a technical mentor
 
Proven track record and experience in working on a Curam solution
 
Hands on working with Curam applications and advanced concepts like Rules, IEG and Workflow
 
Have proven track record in coming up with new creative/innovative product & technology ideas
 
Promote good design principles and coding standards
 
Be aware of the evolving technology landscape in order to guide/influence the direction of the product architecture
 
Must be willing to work anywhere in Canada
 

 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
Degree in Computer Science/equivalent with commercial software development experience and expert in system programming and object oriented design.
 
Typically 8-10 years of experience
 
Expert knowledge in Curam, Java, DB2, Oracle SQL and a wide range of internet technologies such as XML, HTML, SOA and J2EE
 
Broad expertise in business domain knowledge, ideally in Social Enterprise Management and payment processing
 
Proven experience with working in fast paced, small teams that follow flexible and adaptive methodologies.
 
Independent and self initiative in driving development and technical process improvement
 
Promote good coding standards and design principles
 
Effectively interface with customers and have a desire to delight customers
 
Excellent communication skills, technical mentor, great team player, highly efficient and responsible
 
A quick learner and creative problem solver and passion for solving tough problems
 
Demonstrated ability to come up with new creative/innovative product ideas
 
Knowledge of Procurement domain and related products/solutions will be an added advantage
 

 
Pay scale:
 
C$ 75,000 per annum
