Job Description:

Perform business system analysis

Facilitate JAD sessions to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Use Cases-define and document

Develop functional and systems specifications;

Develop and maintain systems documentation;

Analyze and resolve defects during QA and UAT cycle; 

Develop test cases and data for UAT and BAT

User Acceptance Testing

User Interface Design documentation;

Must Haves:

University diploma in Computer Sciences or Engineering related fields;

Minimum 3 years of general IT experience as a business analyst -

Minimum 3 years of analysis and document development related to web applications;

3+ years experience in business systems analysis and the development of functional and systems specifications;

Strong knowledge in defining software specification for system interfaces;

Strong Knowledge in identifying data/information requirements, developing logical and physical models and defining data dictionaries;

Both customer and business facing experience are a must;

Experience and knowledge in Financial Services and Banking;

UML process and other requirements modeling methodologies knowledge

Defining and documenting detailed business requirement using practices such as JAD and Use Cases experience.

Understanding of end-user needs and requirements.

Proven capability and experience in translating high level requirements into project work tasks;

Excellent written and oral communication;

Manufacturing experience is preferred,

Working on a previous project where websphere was used is an asset

SQL experience – able to query a database

Web experience

Responsible for putting the action into the GUI (graphical user interface)

Use SQL Builder to test data, and have to query the test database to bring back data.

MUST HAVE SQL< and TEST experience

Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
